Finished a really good run yesterday and weighed in at 69.9, or it may even have been 68.9 kilos, can't believe ive forgotten! But I was well pleased. I remember thinking if I could just shave a bit more off, it would bring me back to 150lbs which is where I was when training hard. After the run my legs were really pumped. Ive got a new course that is about 4 kilometers all climbing and its a killer. I tacked on a flat run of another 4 km as a warm up and felt great through it all. I really need some trail shoes now, the roots and rocks are killing my running shoes.
