Another great run this morning. The weather has still been crappy, but perfect for running. I forgot to mention in the last post that Id done two laps up and around the Red Arrow trail. My legs were a little tired yesterday and the day got away from me, so this morning I was determinded to run. got out there and felt still a little tired but pushed through, till the second wind kicks in, or adrenaline and then hit the red arrow. first lap was hard, but second it was able to push through knowing Id reached my goal. tiring run/walk back home, but felt great to do it. weigh in at 73.5, but that will be with some water dehydration, but even so its good to see those numbers again. Can't wait to bust into the 72's! and then 71's.

I've made some more attempts at writing the great novel! As usual I get bogged down in the detail and then drift off and then stop. I was thinking yesterday that I should change tactic and just write, just get a draft writen and dont worry so much about the content, dont worry about if its word perfect, just get something down. I find with my dyslexia Im always very conscious of mistakes and that slows me down as i try to look up the correct spelling of words, or gramatical and punctuation errors. I just need to write.
