I'm so out of the habit of writing. I feel a like when Im in a relationship my senses are being so stimulated that I can't focus on my inner thoughts. Everything is happening and I never get the time for inward reflection. Probably a good thing to some extent, but I miss those quiet times too.

I think maybe you should take some time out for yourself for those quiet moments. That's one of my reasons why I can't get involved with anyone unless they understand that I require plenty of space for inner thoughts and self reflection.
