I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned this morning down in Manali town. The Israeli girl that was in my same guest house is back again this year doing more Rake crap. We planned to meet up after my teeth cleaning to hike to Hedimba temple, a beautiful 3 tiered 16th century temple nestled amongst giant forested fir trees. The dentist was awesome, $10 for a really good teeth cleaning. No waiting, no frills, he and his two assistants just get the job done and Im out in 30mins. H has brought along a girl from S'Africa who is also doing the rake crap. Our plan is to head up to Old Manali because H wants to buy more crystals. She needs citron colored ones to ground her trust issues or some crap like that. I wanted to go cause I actually love the shit these shops sell, but never have the patients to just go in by myself. The jewelry and stones in this shop are just amazing. You look at something that you think must cost at least $100 and the guy nervously tells you the price is $5. Then H goes to work. I cant believe how hard she negotiates, she drives these poor guys into the ground, but they love her and they always seem to be happy in the end. I bought a tiny stone cared bowl, I forget already what stone it is, moss something. But I just loved the delicacy of it and the green colour. I wanted something small go on my shelf next to the bed along with the jade lion thing I bought in Spiti Valley.

S'African chick turned out to be a it of a princes and so didn't want to walk, so it was just me and H. Nice walk and she loved my trail that leads through this tiny traditional village. I really must get a camera, we met so many lovely people, and the houses with the cows and sheep in the front yard are just so Indian.

You mean Reiki, right?

I'm betting the bowl is moss agate. Beautiful stone!
