Elana txt me today and said she was on Skype. I was heading back to the campground and able to catch her online. We chatted even with video for 2 hours. She was being very unemotional and eventually we went off line. I went and made dinner and came back to find txts from her saying that talking to me had made her miss me too much. I got on line and she was still on Skype and we talked another hour, this time she was more open and saying how that made her just want things that she couldnt plan for. She's still not sure if she can get her visa for India. She can get a short term one, but it would mean she would have to leave before I got there, so she is trying I think to get a year visa. She cant do anything until she gets to Bangkok and that wont be for a few weeks now. I still dont know what to expect from her. If she turns up in India on my doorstep does that mean Im paying for everything? Thats what Russian guys do! so she tells me.

My legs were still pretty sore and my body tired. Im eating like Im pregnant. I had a nap today, as my body just needed it. Drove to the lake to swim, but then thought I should go to the pool. So drove back into town and had a good swim. nice to be able to see what sort of distance Im actually doing, although its not very impressive, its like starting out all over again with only 50 meters and having to rest. Just like the running and biking it will come back and it felt good to have that smell of chlorine on my skin again. I actually feel stronger in the water too.
