over christmas

I still find it interesting but its rather cruel and it has that concetiedness of a an author who has a chip on his shoulder and uses his book as his revenge against everyone that did him wrong. Im finding it highly unbelieveable now too and much prefer the movie version.
My weight dipped down to 70 the other day but i think its still water loss when its really hot and I do a run that drains me. Ive been so tired after runs and rides. At least its raining now and cooled it off a bit. Managed to trip on a root today and I hit my toe, of course it has to be the toe that is suffering so bad from a bunyuon. It has been constantly hurting for a few days, even walking the dogs is painful. I block out most of the pain now and its only when i think about it i realize it hurts. Running definately doesnt help but Im not going to let it beat me.
