On the bike ride last night was this little skinny kid, he couldnt have been more than 13 or 14. I was surprised that for most of the ride he kept up really well.

This morning I woke up to find a damn zit on my chin. How can I be 44 and still having teenage break outs! I went to look for some herbal medication I have to dry it out. Ive had this stuff for years. How many years? I realized i bought it when I lived in Key West, which means its at least 15 years old. Shit I have medication that is older than the frigin kid riding in my group ride!

Um, I think it might be time to get some replacement acne treatment. 15 years old is way, way way past its prime for any medication. :o)

I think its main ingredient is witch hazel and it seems to still work. you can feel the tingle from it.

Ha, I'm not stalking, I swear!

I was recently told about the diaper rash cream and pimples. Apparently if you use the zinc cream, and dab it on the zit when you go to bed, it really helps the pimple heal quickly. Won't come to a head, but will heal much faster.

I'm not having problems with my diaper rash anymore, but if I can find it I'll try it for the pimples.
