last week seemed like a bad workout week. i ran on tuesday and did a good run on wednesday, but then just crashed. my legs were really tired. Over the weekend I was back on form and although I did a shorter run on saturday, it still felt good and then a ride on sunday. This week has sort of been the same. tuesday i felt pretty good, but today im really sore. This is in part because Im doing some heavy construction and its killing me! I did have some feelings of being much stronger on the big climbs, so im not too worried and the weight is still holding down around the 71's.
Looks like LJ updated its terms and conditions. i read somewhere on facebook that it looked bad and maybe LJ was selling off its information. I think its the nail in the coffin for this site. i feel bad because I have so much written on it.
