I had a bit of a off the rails moment a couple of weeks ago. The rains have started and i got in a bit of a funk i think and also my weight was still back around the 73's. I read about sugar and then went round looking at the actual sugar content of all the rubbish i eat and drink and realized yet again that I consume way too much of the stuff. like a crazy amount. So I quit the cranberry juice and the cordual drinks that all had about 8 to 10 teaspoon fulls of sugar. because its so hot here and Im sweating all day I drink loads of this stuff. I quit it all and have switched to just plane water and putting a bit of lime in it for some flavor. Have had some good runs this week too with the rain its cooled it off a little while its raining but wow go out after a rain and the humidity is brutal. Im back down in the 71's! I still feel like i have so much fat on my stomach though. but then im a bit obsesive with it.
