rogerdogerI woke this morning at 4.30 and couldnt get back to sleep. Was out the door with the dogs by 5.40 and then back, feed them then back out for a long run. Felt really strong and came home and checked the scale. I havent been so anal about it lately, so was extatic to see 70.9! whoo what a xmas pressy!
