Saturday I cycled, Sunday I did my run and extended it a little. I didnt go until the afternoon and the heat really killed me. Monday I ran again and still managed twice round the red arrow. More walking then usual on the way back though. Legs are sore today, and got a bad case of the poo's from the curry I think last night. Giving the run a miss, but maybe do something in the late afternoon.

Had a big blow out with R on Sunday evening. I really felt like there was no coming back from this one. I finally was able to voice my concerns about her not working out anymore and again about the way she immediately goes into a rage and denial about any critisisum or complaint i have. Surprisingly when I came home she appolgized and talked through the points and agreed to make changes.

i filled in some more of the timeline for my great novel! Sadly Ive reached the point where I actually can't remember the timeline on some events in my life. They have become a jumbled mess and i just cant think what happened when. I wonder if I really sat and thought about it, if I could ever get it back in line. My main confusion is about what happened in the US between certain times i went back and forth to the UK. I can remember the events, but I cant put them in the right time frame. Looking over the time frame for the book and there is just way too much waffle and boring stuff in there. I need to find a focus and a direction for the book and then trim down the details to just a few of the events, then enlarge on the events themselves. As it is now its just a boring list.
