rogerdogeryesterday was kind of a mess. I woke up tired and stayed in the van all day. Around 6 I suddenly decided I needed to go somewhere, but had no real plan of where. At first I thought Id go to the hot springs and try and loosen up my really sore legs, but as I was driving I thought this is crazy its nearly 6.30 and id be out all night. So then I thought Id head to the grocery store, no, I'll go try to run or walk round the lake and swim, no its late, the grocery store. My mind was just wondering with no focus at all. I almost thought I was going to crash the van from indecision. I found myself at the grocery store and then realized there wasnt really anything i needed, but went in and found things anyway. Came back to the campsite very confused, but at least got dinner and my usual routine.
Today the morning as usual has already slipped by. Ive been busy with a few emails. My GPS seems to be acting up and not tracking. Off into town in a minute and I can check the GPS then, get my shorts in the shop to be sown up and then either swim or run. I really need a schedule.
the guy who is doing the Chile biking thing left for Chile today. I'll meet with him when he comes back in 10 days.
Been in touch with the people that made the Taupo ad map. She is interested in talking with me about a partnership to expand the mapping business. So a trip to New Plymouth is on the cards. That wont happen till the end of the month though. I'm thinking they will make the maps and ad spots, and I'll do the business side of it, finding the advertisers and locations. I just have to work the right deal so i don't give the business away to them. I'm hoping too that I could spend time with them and still learn the program from them, but I really think I need help in the ads too.
There is weird light rain but its really humid too.
