Im seeing my weight drop consistantly into the 71's after a long run and hoping I'll finally see 70's again soon!
There is probably nothing more creepy than a 50's old dude who thinks he still has the body of a 20's dude. So Im glad i didnt make any comments to the girl this morning on the redarrow with the crazy hot ass! I had to slow down to a walk to stay behind her, but the way her thin leggings were clinging to her ass and sculpted up her ass crack i wanted so much to comment on what a great ass she had, but thought she probably wouldnt be too thrilled.
Council meeting seemed to go OK and they have agreed to a lot of my requests. Nasty park manager has snooped around and found out my name and then put it in the subject line that is copied to a bunch of councilors and the mayor. Enviromental agency was quite surprised he did this but doubt they will take any action against him. I guess im on their hit list now.
Did a pretty good long run on Saturday and a bike ride on Sunday, but monday my legs were really tired and the heal pain of the achilles tendonitis was flaring up a bit.
