Lets see, Monday started off with a shock that after all those workouts my weight had crept back up to 74kg. I didnt panic too much, but my legs still were too sore to run. tuesday did a nice run and yesterday I didnt have time in the morning but managed to get out in the evening. I was really tired and my legs are still a bit sore, but felt better once i was running. Got to red arrow and did one lap then dicided to push it for one more. I passed this woman on some steps and then heard her gaining back on me! My legs were really sore by now, but kept going I could hear her steps all the way behind me and then pushed hard on the last set and turned to see she had dropped off a bit, at the top I turned again and waited on her and sure enough she had a big grin and we laughed and chatted about who was pushing who. We trotted back down the hill and chatted all the way. It was quite a flirt and at the bottom she was going to do another lap. I thought 3 would be too much for me, since I still wanted to recover, so said our goodbyes but not before she told me her running schedule! She said it wasnt often you came across someone who had a similar pace, and its true. Id love to run with her again, but she usually goes out at 6am!

Weight is back down at 73.4 this morning, so it probably would drop into the 72's with a run, but my legs are tired. I might try a bike this evening.
