Was going to run this morning, but time has got away from me and I have things I need to do. Hopefully if I can stay on track maybe I can run in the afternoon. I checked my weight and was at 73.9, this is without a run where I can loose about a kilo, so that is great, i may well be in the 72's after a run! I want to rest Friday from running and then do a longer run on Saturday.
