Been getting a little spacey this week. One day I went to the grocery store and when I came out found out Id left the keys in the door! Today I came back from a road ride around the lake and realized Id locked the keys IN the van. Glad to say its harder to break in than I thought. Then again today I drove to the beach. Parked in a parking lot just off the beach and was there for about an hour and a half. When I came back to the van, damn it there are the keys in the fricken door again!

Did a great swim on Thursday, same 200 warm up, 2x300, 4 x 400 2x50 fast as I can with a 50 recovery and 200 cool down. Did it in much shorter time with much less rests.

Friday ran round the lake in pretty good time and ran all the stairs too, then swam in the lake with the wet suit on, my legs and arms that wernt covered with wet suit were freezing when I started, but warmed up and felt pretty good, swam down to a buoy and round and back. great rhythm and no out of breath on the whole swim. Going to try for a long brick again tomorrow, then its taper.
