(no subject)

Sunday my legs felt totally spent and sore, all the muscles of my quadriceps were painful. Its hard to believe that it was the Saturday run that did it. It was a steep long climb up a mountain, but I walked places and didn't think it was that much of an effort. Maybe Im pushing too hard still without enough rest. I looked over the calender and I can do a rest week again this week, then build for the next two weeks and then still have another two weeks to taper before the race. Maybe focus more on the swim this week. I went to the pool again today. Its hard work, but the pool is where I need to be, I can't push myself hard enough in the lake and its so damb cold I dont want to stay in longer than 30 mins. Got about 40 mins in the pool, but if I put some effort in this week. I bet I could be back on top of my swim in a week. I went around lunch time and there was a nice group of people doing there thing in each lane. When I came out there was a guy walking around the vehicles in the parking lot checking on Registration! Ph crap. Im not sure if hed already got to mine before Id seen him. I thought it looked like as I was driving away that he was only just getting to my row. Guess I'll find out when I go to re register it and have a big fine. Im told it could be as much as $400. Went to another WOF inspection place just round the corner from the camp site. guy was really nice and told me the minimum he'd want to see done for me to get it passed. I think I can knock it out in a couple of days.

Tried to download the damn manual from Adobe again today but from the internet cafe intown. Decided I could kill two birds by cycling back into town from the campsite, that would also mean not having the van parked and get caught again. Nice ride in and worked up a sweat at a good pace. Spent an hour at the internet place and the PDF still wouldnt download. I think its something to do with Adobe's server. With all the stuff that you can download from it, I bet it gets over worked, but that still doesn't help me! Im not downloading it from my internet wi fi and use all my Mib usage up again.

Replaced the service battery in the van today. Finally gave up with it, thats its not going to run the fridge when Im parked up at places. That was another $150. shesh money going out like crazy on this van, but I guess since i havent traveled anywhere in it, im still way below what Id budgeted for gas.
