Went and swam at lunch time today. Really good swim, nice to feel that coming back. Hamstrings are still really sore. I was hoping to mountain bike tomorrow, but it looks like the crank bolts wont be here until next week. Maybe I can run tomorrow instead. As I got out of the pool this woman was staring at me. I nodded to her and she beckoned me over. "I hope you dont mind me saying this but has anyone ever told you you look like richard Gere" "umm yeah once or twice, thanks though!"

The architect is pissing me off. He keeps making so many mistakes. I think he's more the big picture kind of person, which is bad, one simple slip up and its very easy to build something to a point only to find out something else isnt going to work without it costing a lot of money. I dont feel I should be responsible for pointing out every mistake he makes.

Im so bad with stretching after a workout. No I didnt know short hamstrings are common with cyclists. that might explain why I have so much trouble with them though. I use to do a lot of Bikram yoga and during that time things seemed pretty good. when I dropped it down to only one class a week it seemed like the yoga made more problems, because I was over stretching i think.

Sure clue me in on stretches. I probably know them, Im just bad at making myself do them.

But info like that will get you on my friends list for sure and thats where most of my posts are anyway.
